Heavy Duty Cat Trees for Large Cats — Built to Stay Standing
Most cat trees fail the same way: a light base, a thin post, and a 9 kg cat landing on the top platform. We build the other kind — wider bases, thicker sisal posts, locked joints — and supply them to pet retailers and wholesalers as OEM or private label.

Every model is specified around the weight and jumping force of a large cat, not a kitten.
Floor-to-ceiling towers
Tension-mounted, no wall drilling. Suits apartments where floor space is scarce and the cat wants height.
Wide-base multi-level trees
Oversized base plate and low centre of gravity for multi-cat homes where two animals land at once.
Wall-mounted systems
Modular panels and shelves, sold as sets. Higher perceived value per carton and cheaper to ship.
What buyers check before reordering
These are the four failure points we design against — and the questions your customers already ask in reviews.
| Failure point | What we do about it |
|---|---|
| Base tips over | Base plate sized to the platform height, with ballast option for very tall models |
| Post wears out | Denser sisal winding on a solid core; replacement posts available as an accessory SKU |
| Joints work loose | Threaded inserts and lock hardware instead of wood screws alone |
| Smell on arrival | Low-emission board and controlled curing time before packing |

Questions buyers actually ask
Will it hold a large cat?
Our large-cat models use wider base plates, thicker sisal posts and a lower centre of gravity. Each SKU is load-tested before release and the tested weight is stated on the spec sheet, so you can check it against your market's requirements.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Trial orders are accepted below full container volume for retailers who want to test a model before committing. Exact MOQ depends on the model and finish, and is confirmed on the quotation.
Can you produce our own design and packaging?
Yes. We work from your drawings, reference samples or photos, and can handle private label cartons, manuals and barcodes. Sampling and tooling requirements are quoted per project.
How long does production take?
Sampling and bulk lead time depend on the model, finish and order volume. Confirmed dates are written into the quotation, and progress is reported with photos at each production stage.
